We are looking for an Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting transactions, documentation, reconciliations, and finance support activities in a machine manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and accounting documents.
Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation activities.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Assist in GST/TDS compliance and preparation of related documents.
Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Support senior accountants and the finance team during audits and other accounting activities.
Perform data entry using Tally, ERP, MS Excel, or other accounting software.
Candidate Requirements:
Any Graduate qualification.
1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts / Accounting.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Working knowledge of Tally / ERP systems.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
