Preferred Experience Fresher to 1 Year; experience in industrial or municipal STP/ETP O&M will be an advantage
Job Description Monitor and operate STP/ETP plant operations and ensure uninterrupted functioning during the assigned night shift. Operate and monitor screens, equalization tanks, aeration tanks, MBBR/MBR systems, clarifiers, filters, RO/UF systems where applicable. Monitor flow, pressure, DO, pH, ORP, MLSS, SV30 and sludge levels. Handle pumps, blowers, diffusers, agitators, dosing systems, valves and pipelines. Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs, identify equipment abnormalities and report breakdowns promptly. Collect water samples, conduct basic field-level laboratory tests, maintain daily logs, shift reports, chemical consumption records and maintenance registers. Maintain plant hygiene, follow safety procedures and coordinate with engineers, electricians, fitters and supervisors.
Special Notes Male candidate required. Night-shift role. Fresher candidates with BE Electrical / Mechanical can apply. Knowledge of PLC/automation, industrial or municipal plant O&M and ISO/EMS/safety standards will be an advantage.
