1 – 2 Years in Production Supervision, preferably in forging / manufacturing industry
Job Description Plan and execute daily production schedules as per targets. Monitor forging operations including heating, hammering/pressing and trimming. Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower and materials while minimizing downtime and improving productivity. Supervise operators, helpers and furnace staff, allocate work and maintain workforce discipline. Coordinate with Quality for inspection and process control, reduce rejection and rework, ensure safety and PPE compliance, coordinate machine maintenance, and maintain production reports, shift logs, downtime records and raw-material usage reports.
Special Notes Male candidate required. Wednesday weekly off. Strong knowledge of open-die / closed-die forging processes is required. Candidates with practical shop-floor production supervision experience will be preferred.
