Job Description Identify and approach potential dealers and distributors, develop and expand the dealer network in assigned regions, conduct meetings and presentations, negotiate commercial terms, onboard new dealers and complete documentation. Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets, maintain existing dealer relationships, monitor dealer performance, coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts teams, and track market and competitor activities.
Special Notes Male candidate required. Field work and travel flexibility are essential. Candidate should be target-oriented with strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
