Job Description
Assist the sales team with client inquiries, follow-ups and quotations. Prepare proposals, presentations and tenders. Maintain customer databases and coordinate between sales, procurement and project teams for timely execution. Track sales orders, deliveries and client feedback. Follow up with clients for payments and outstanding dues. Schedule meetings, site visits and appointments, prepare sales reports and support marketing activities, trade shows and client events when required.
Special Notes
Female candidate required. Knowledge of construction materials, services and industry practices is preferred. Job location is not fixed; the candidate will be required to work from the office at the relevant project/site location. Candidate should be comfortable with this arrangement.
