Job Description
Communicate with clients regarding mutual fund inquiries, provide information and address concerns. Apply basic knowledge of mutual fund concepts, types and operations. Maintain accurate records and documentation with good typing speed. Prepare reports, spreadsheets and presentations using MS Word and Excel, and manage professional email correspondence. Handle multiple tasks efficiently and work within deadlines.
Special Notes Two-wheeler with valid driving licence required for commuting and field-related tasks, if applicable.
