Job Description Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate across Tender, Procurement, Liaisoning, HR, O&M and Project Execution departments. Manage tender preparation, submission and follow-up, analyze tender documents and develop winning strategies. Ensure smooth execution of solar EPC projects within timelines, budgets and quality standards. Drive operational excellence, optimize resource utilization, oversee procurement and lead cross-functional teams. Candidate should have strong knowledge of solar energy systems, regulatory frameworks, solar PV technology and EPC processes, along with excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
