Implement marketing strategies, conduct market research and generate new business leads. Communicate with clients to understand requirements, build customer relationships, schedule site visits and conduct regular follow-ups. Handle customer queries and grievances, maintain customer databases and visit potential customers for new business. Manage relationships with solar PV inverter wholesalers/distributors, EPCs and related businesses within the assigned region. Knowledge and experience of rooftop solar sales will be preferred.
