3 – 7 Years in New Product Development (Mechanical / Agricultural Machinery). Outstation candidates not preferred.
Job Description Lead end-to-end design and development of new agricultural machinery and components. Translate customer requirements and market feedback into functional product designs. Create CAD models, drawings, and prototype assemblies, conduct design verification and field testing, and collaborate with production teams to establish manufacturing processes. Candidates must possess a strong background in mechanical NPD. Local candidates preferred (outstation candidates will not be considered).
