Job Description Oversee daily production operations for agricultural equipment manufacturing. Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and shop floor personnel to ensure timely output and meet quality standards. Implement process improvements, enforce safety regulations, and reduce operational downtime. Candidates must have a strong mechanical background. Local candidates preferred (outstation candidates will not be considered).
